We do not subcontract residential roofing work. The crew that arrives the first day is the crew that finishes the project.
How we hire and train.
Our installers are W-2 employees we've trained on Paradise Valley-specific architectural and climate considerations. Manufacturer certifications are continuous — Eagle, Boral, GAF, Petersen, Drexel, AEP Span — and crew leads carry the architectural literacy required to coordinate with the project architect when one is involved.
Senior estimators.
The estimator who walks your property is a senior estimator with multi-year experience on Paradise Valley estate properties. They are not salespeople and they are not paid on commission. The estimator who walks the property is the one who runs the project.
Project leadership.
Each project carries a single point of contact through scheduling, permitting, install, and closeout. We do not rotate field supervisors mid-project, and we do not hand off coordination with architects or designers between team members.
