Paradise Valley Reserve Roofing markParadise Valley

Material

Foam Roofing Systems.

Sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) is the standard for the low-slope and flat sections common across Paradise Valley's mid-century, Pueblo Revival, and contemporary roof forms.

How a foam system performs.

SPF is a monolithic, self-flashing system. It conforms to substrates, eliminates seams, and details cleanly around penetrations. The foam itself can perform for forty years or more. The elastomeric coating that protects the foam from UV is the consumable, and the recoat cadence in Paradise Valley is four to six years.
