Discretion is the default. The information you share with Paradise Valley Reserve Roofing — your name, contact information, property address, and any project context — is used only to schedule and deliver your consultation and to follow up where appropriate. It is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing.

What we collect.

From the contact and consultation forms on this site: first and last name, email, phone, property address (with optional city, state, ZIP), and any optional message you provide. From standard web analytics: anonymous traffic and engagement data used to improve the site.

How we use it.

Your contact information is sent to our scheduling team. We forward your form submission to our customer relationship management (CRM) system over an encrypted connection so we can schedule your consultation, manage your project, and follow up with relevant information. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it.

We retain consultation and project records for as long as the relationship with the homeowner is active and for a reasonable period afterward consistent with industry practice and legal requirements (warranty support, insurance documentation, etc.).

Your rights.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you and request correction or deletion at any time. Email [email protected].

Project photography.

We do not publish project photographs without the homeowner's explicit written consent. We do not publish addresses. We do not post project photos on social media without consent. Discretion is part of how we work, not a courtesy.
