Paradise Valley Reserve Roofing markParadise Valley

Metal & Standing Seam

Standing seam, concealed fasteners, architectural intent.

Specified on contemporary and Mid-Century Modern remodels — common on Beadle, Haver, and the more recent contemporary work along the Lincoln Drive Corridor.

Standing seam, properly detailed.

Mid-century and contemporary architecture in Paradise Valley frequently calls for a metal roof — and almost always standing seam, with concealed fasteners and crisp terminations. The wrong metal install on a Beadle is the kind of mistake that cannot be unmade. We coordinate panel width, seam height, and termination geometry with the project architect during specification, and we mock up the eaves, ridges, and valleys on every project.

Manufacturers and finishes.

Drexel Metals, Petersen (PAC-CLAD), and AEP Span across the major standing seam profiles. Kynar 500 PVDF finishes for color stability under the Sonoran UV load. Snap-lock and mechanically seamed systems specified to the architecture and the slope.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

  • When the architecture calls for it, yes. Most projects use factory-formed panels for finish consistency, but on-site roll-forming is available for long, uninterrupted runs.

  • Properly installed over a solid deck and a high-temperature underlayment, a standing seam roof is no louder than a tile roof during a typical monsoon storm. The underlayment and deck assembly does most of the acoustic work.
