Mummy Mountain

Hillside roofs at altitude.

Wind exposure, microburst load, and architectural review processes that are stricter than the rest of the valley. Mummy Mountain calls for a tighter specification.

What's different on Mummy.

Mummy Mountain is a hillside neighborhood with its own architectural review process. Visible roof material and color are subject to additional scrutiny because the roofs are visible from the surrounding valley floor. Wind and microburst exposure are also higher than the average Paradise Valley lot — properties on the upper elevations see meaningfully more wind load, especially on the west and south exposures.

Our Mummy Mountain specifications carry above-minimum fastener patterns, additional flashing detail at the heat-loaded west elevation, and material color selections vetted through the review process before submittal.

What's different about working here.

  • Wind-load specification

Above-minimum fastener patterns and additional flashing at exposed elevations.

  • Architectural review experience

Material and color submitted through the review process before fabrication.

  • Hillside logistics

Crews and material staging coordinated for narrow access roads and steep driveways.
