Financing as a tool, not a marketing position.
We do not promote pricing, discounts, or 'deals' anywhere on this site. Financing is available where it serves the project — typically on capital reroofs and heritage restorations.
How we approach financing.
Most Paradise Valley projects are paid out of capital reserves and do not involve financing. For projects where financing is the right tool — typically larger reroofs, heritage restorations, or insurance-cycle projects with a deductible component — we work with established residential lenders and can provide direct introductions.
What we don't do.
We do not run promotional financing offers, manufactured "0% for 24 months" headlines, or other low-trust financing tactics. That register is wrong for this market.

If financing is relevant to your project, we'll discuss the options when we deliver the written specification — not before. The right specification comes first; the financing follows from the project, not the other way around.
